1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Whisker Board (whiskerboard.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Intellectual Property & User Content

You retain 100% ownership and intellectual property rights to all drawings, diagrams, text, and visual assets you create using Whisker Board.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

Whisker Board offers free tiers (5 AI diagrams/month, 25 saved local whiteboards) and paid Pro subscriptions ($9/mo or $12/mo). Pro subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time through the customer portal.
